It's Monday

I have been busy over the past week and made some more cards for you to see.

This one was a quick Birthday card, I made to use my new chevron embossing border.

This was an experiment to see if I could cut this flower border with my Silhouette

This card used Gina K's new double color embossing technique, in my opinion is is very cool lol
This was a sketch challenge from the cutting Garden, a local paper craft studio
This one was made using this weeks color combo from over at Splitcoaststampers

Thanks for coming by and having a look, please leave a common and let me know you were here Thanks Susan

Happy Tuesday!!

I have been busy creating over the past week or so. I am still in LOVE with my Portrait. Today I thought I would share some of my recent creations.

Here I used my Silhouette Portrait to cut out the flower and Doily. The stamps are from Gina K. Designs, the set is called Poster board Sentiments

Negative stamping Technique

Portrait was used to cut the hot pink lacy circle layer and spiky flower.

I used the new Free Birthday Hoot stamp set, from Gina K Designs,  the cut file, and patterned new patterned paper pack for this one.

Hexagons are very popular this season so I cut out this Hexagon background using my portrait and a cut file from the Silhouette store. The focal Image is from Gina K's All occasions labels 2

Lots of dots just needed some ink, so I made my own DP with it. The label  is from another new set from Gina K Designs called  All occasion labels 2
I am on the Studio Calico waiting list for their monthly Project life kit and they sent me a free stamp set. The set contains the sentiment below and another diagonal line border stamp. The border under the sentiment was made using this months one free with three stamp set called Petite Borders. They are seriously cute!!

This card combines two new stamp sets Poster board sentiments and Lots of dots.
Phew that was a lot of cards I hope you liked them!!  Thanks for Stopping by!!

OMG!!!

I am SOOOOO excited!!!  After watching many Silhouette videos and learning the basics I decided to try and make my own cut file for one of my stamps. Well,  I DID IT!!!  Can you tell how excited I am lol. Here is a few pick I took while I was doing it.
First I stamped my image
Then I scanned it into my computer
Opened it in my studio, Traced it then offset it
 Cut it out
then stamped over it. So Cool!!
Thanks for looking I just had to share, I Love My Silhouette Portrait!!

New Supplies

Today I received my new Gina K. Designs, ink pads, papers, ribbons, and a stamp set.  I have been waiting to get them for a while. There has been many discussions on how to label the ink pads, so I have a picture of how I have labelled mine.  My first card using my new supplies is also posted below.
